Your Office Move - How We Do It
STEP 1: PLANNING YOUR VANCOUVER OFFICE MOVE IN ADVANCE
One of Office Movers move consultants will meet with you or your management to discuss your office move. Our friendly and professional consultants will begin planning your move keeping your budget, time restraints and special requests in mind
We will assist and create a comprehensive office relocation guide for your staff and management to complete. Throughout our scheduled walk through, we can go over specific details on how you would like to complete your move (staff participation, etc.)
STEP 2: PACKING MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT DELIVERY
Before our professional office packers begin to pack your belongings, all necessary equipment with color coded labels, inventory tags and equipment (including sturdy reusable plastic moving boxes and custom carts for computers, monitors, servers, files and artwork) will be delivered at your convenience.
STEP 3: OFFICE MOVING LABELLING & INVENTORYING
Your office packers will color code and label all of your furniture and boxes according to your floor plan design a few days before the move.
The new space will be color coded along will everything being moved so the movers know exactly where to place everything quickly and efficiently.
STEP 4: COMPLETE OFFICE FURNITURE PROTECTION
Every single piece of furniture being moved will be thoroughly wrapped in shrink wrapped to protect from scratches and blanketed with heavy duty moving pads. At both locations we will protect your floors with neoprene floor runners and blanket door jambs or any walls with high traffic.
STEP 5: PACKING AND PREPARATION FOR YOUR OFFICE MOVE
Our crew of professional, office packers will carefully wrap and pack everything in your office with crushed paper, bubble wrap and cardboard within high strength plastic moving boxes before they are moved. This includes files, copiers, computers, monitors, tv's, furniture and artwork.
STEP 6: OFFICE MOVING DAY
Office Movers experienced office moving crew and supervisor(s) will arrive at the prearranged time to begin loading and packing everything into our trucks.
Our specialized movers, packers and manages work exclusively on commercial and office moves. All of our commercial movers are required to have moved for at least a year at our sister residential moving company Live Love Move before they are able to transfer to the Office Movers.
STEP 7: UNPACKING AND ARRANGING NEW OFFICE SPACE
Our crew(s) will arrive at your new office, unload everything from our trucks and place them in the designated areas. Once everything is in place, we will unwrap, place and reinstall all furniture to your liking.
